Serviceable locations
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through our logistics partners (Shiprocket and associated courier services).
Delivery timeline
Metro cities: 2β4 working days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3β6 working days
Remote locations: 5β8 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes. A small convenience fee may apply.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
β Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Cancellation requests after order confirmation will not be accepted.
If an order is cancelled by JAIN due to stock issues, payment failure, or operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.
Fraud prevention clause
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent, high-risk, or violating our website terms. Such customers may be restricted from future purchases.
Customer-initiated cancellation (exceptional cases only)
If a cancellation is approved at our discretion before dispatch:
- 10% cancellation charges will apply
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be non-refundable
π Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (bhujia, papad, namkeen), we follow a strict no-return policy except under the conditions mentioned below.
We accept return/replacement/refund requests only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Missing item in order

Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Email on care@jainfoodproducts.com with the Order ID, Product images, & unboxing video
Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible.
π Replacement / Refund process
- Customer reports issue within 24 hours
- Our team reviews within 48 working hours
- If approved: Replacement sent or Refund processed
Refund timeline:
5β7 working days (original payment method)
COD refunds:
Processed via bank transfer/UPI
β Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product used
- No video available
- Complaint raised after 24 hours
- Incorrect shipping address provided
- Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
- Taste preferences / personal dislike
π¦ Failed delivery / RTO cases
If an order is returned due to wrong address, unreachable phone, refusal to accept delivery, then refund will be issued after deducting shipping & handling charges

JAIN does not take ownership of returned goods unless approved by our team.
Refund/replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of JAIN after internal quality verification.
